The hotel I stayed during New Year was conveniently located near major attractions. the staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of dishes. the room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
The hotel lacked soundproofing and the noise from nearby traffic was disturbing at night. the gym facilities were rather basic and could use some improvement.

The rooms were clean and decent sized. The food in hotel was good.
The reception staff could not understand English very well, they could not even understand that I wanted to 'check in'.

The hotel had beautiful decor and the executive rooms were full of character. The staff, although not overly friendly, were helpful. The breakfast options were good, with a variety of Chinese dishes and personalized egg options.
The hotel was situated in a remote area, far from the main attractions of the city. The rooms were not properly cleaned and had blood stains on the blankets.

The staff were very helpful and gave excellent advice on where to go shopping/eat. There was always at least 1 person which spoke English well. Cleaning ladies also were very nice and gave us any extra things that we needed.

Helpfull staff (concierge)
Your bar staff in the bar room must have patrons sign for every drink that is served, that way there is a record of who ordered and pays for what , I was unfairly targeted to pay for drinks for other people who got away with not paying and some that payed for less than what they consumed, I was targeted to pay the balance.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about the hotel.
The rooms were extremely dirty. The first room that we received was extremely small (something like 15 m2, although it was supposed to be 69 m2). We requested they change the room, and we got a somewhat bigger one (approximately 20 m2), but extremely filthy. The walls had mold on them and the carpet was severely stained. The staff did not speak English, so there was no one to reason with. Also, although the price on Booked.net was under 6000 RMB, we had to pay 9000 RMB. They said that the additional amount was for the breakfast, although when we made the booking it said that breakfast is included.
